By accessing or using Cre8sLife™ (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to visitors, registered users, adult account holders, and managed family profiles. Additional terms shown for a specific paid service, event, creator program, booking, or connected product also apply.

Adult account holders must be at least 18 years old. Family features may allow a parent or legal guardian to create managed profiles and experiences for children or teens. The adult account holder is responsible for permissions, purchases, and use of managed profiles where applicable.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current account information.
• Maintain the security of your password and account access.
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account and managed family profiles.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• Use family, community, messaging, and connected-service features responsibly.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, abuse, stalk, groom, or discriminate against another person.
• Upload illegal, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority.
• Attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, scrape protected data, or disrupt the Service.

Cre8sLife may offer free and paid plans, trials, promotions, creator benefits, or connected paid services. Pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, limits, promotional conditions, and taxes are shown before purchase or in the applicable written offer. Unless a plan says otherwise, recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the specific product or service, the checkout terms, work already performed, and applicable law.

Price changes

We may change future pricing. Material changes affecting a recurring billing period will be communicated as required.

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the available account or billing controls. Paid access ordinarily remains available through the end of the current paid period unless the plan or applicable law provides otherwise.

Cre8sLife is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, educational, or emergency services. Organizational, wellness, relationship, educational, and Smart-generated content is provided for general support and informational purposes.

Smart-generated content

Smart features can produce incomplete or inaccurate output. Verify important information independently and use qualified professionals for high-impact decisions.

Emergency situations

If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource rather than relying on the app.

The Service, branding, original interfaces, media, and original content—excluding user-owned content—remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. You may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute protected materials except as permitted by law or written authorization.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. When you intentionally publish or share content through a feature, you grant the Service the limited rights needed to store, process, display, transmit, and operate that feature. You remain responsible for having the right and authority to share what you upload.

We may improve, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, safety rules, law, payment obligations, or the rights of others.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cre8sLife and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service.

We may update these Terms. When changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
