Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cre8sLife websites, apps, family tools, community features, Smart features, connected experiences, and related services collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information. Related brands such as Learn4Legacy and CRE8SIT may publish additional notices when their services involve different categories of information.

Account and profile information

Name, email address, authentication information, profile settings, preferences, and other details you choose to provide.

Family and household information

Information you add about household members, managed child or teen profiles, schedules, routines, preferences, chores, learning, memories, shared plans, or family organization.

Optional sensitive information

Some wellness, journal, health, relationship, financial, identity, or personal-life features may contain information you consider sensitive. These features are optional and should only be used when you are comfortable storing that information in the Service.

Media and uploads

Photos, video, audio, documents, messages, or other files you intentionally upload or create through a feature. Camera, microphone, photo-library, or file permissions are requested through your device or browser when a feature needs them.

Usage, device and transaction information

Technical information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the Service, such as device/browser type, app events, feature usage, notification configuration, purchase history, subscription status, and payment-related records. Full card details are generally handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by Cre8sLife.

Children’s and teen experiences are intended to be created or managed by an authorized parent or guardian where required. We do not intend to knowingly collect a child’s personal information in a manner that bypasses applicable parental-consent requirements.

When you choose a Smart or connected feature, relevant prompts, selected context, uploaded content, or account information may be processed by service providers needed to perform the requested action. We aim to limit the information shared to what is reasonably necessary for the feature. Connected third-party services may also be governed by their own privacy terms.

On September 26, 2026, Cre8sLife permanently removed 3,115 migrated legacy face-embedding records from the rebuilt service after confirming the current Known People experience does not use those records to identify people. Separate legacy identity-memory records are not face-recognition templates and remain governed by the ordinary account privacy and deletion rules.

Cre8sLife does not currently collect or use face geometry, voiceprints, fingerprints, or other biometric identifiers for identification or authentication. If a future feature would do so, it must use a separate written notice and consent process and follow the retention and destruction requirements described in this policy before collection begins.

• Remember preferences and operate family, planning, reminder, companion, learning, creator, client, and communication features you choose to use.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, and service requests.
• Provide support and respond to privacy, account, or safety requests.
• Detect abuse, fraud, security issues, and service failures.
• Improve product performance, accessibility, and usability.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect users or the Service.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the Service, with people or household members you intentionally share with, when a connected service requires it and you choose that feature, when you consent, or when legally required.

Cre8sLife does not use a child’s private learning records or protected family content to build a behavioral advertising profile. Any adult-facing promotional content must remain separate from protected child or student information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including secure authentication, encrypted network transport, access controls, private storage where appropriate, and service monitoring. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect passwords and devices.

Information may be retained while your account is active and only as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, preserve records you asked us to keep, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or support legitimate business needs. When information is no longer reasonably needed, it may be deleted, de-identified, or handled as permitted by law.

Depending on applicable law and the feature involved, you may be able to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict certain information; change notification preferences; limit optional analytics; revoke a connected service; or close your account. We may verify identity before processing a privacy request.

Cre8sLife uses providers for hosting, database, authentication, storage, email, notifications, payment processing, security, analytics, and Smart features. Provider access is limited to the purposes needed to deliver those services and is subject to applicable agreements and provider practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted here with the effective date above. Material changes may receive additional notice.
